BACKGROUND

My family and I have been residence of Boylston, Mass for over 32 years. We founded an Electrical Contracting Co in 1977 which is still operating under my 2 sons Brett & Brent Duca.  They took over the business after my husband passed away.  We also founded a Development Co.  Currently I still own many rental properties here and in Maine and am solely responsible for there upkeep and management.  I have done this since 1969 and I feel my experience offers a unique quality to any situation involving Real Estate.
